Robyn Sherain

Robyn is a senior attorney in VLMG’s Bay Area office. Robyn’s practice focuses on complex litigation and construction claims arising from public and private projects representing design professionals, general contractors and subcontractors. She has extensive experience with the pleading, discovery and pre-trial motion phases of litigation, from e-discovery and depositions through dispositive motions practice.

Prior to joining VLMG, Robyn’s prior experience includes litigating toxic torts, real estate matters and general business-related disputes as well as transactional work for an asset management firm negotiating international aircraft leases and overseeing litigation matters.

Robyn received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. During law school, Robyn served as a legal extern for the Honorable Stephen J. Hillman, Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Robyn has been a hospice volunteer for several years and is a trained death doula.
